Senior Management

Michael Actis-Grande III, CPA, MS in taxation; managing member in charge of corporate and individual tax services; 28 years of experience in taxation. Prior to co-founding the Firm in 1984, was with the tax department of the Stamford office of Coopers & Lybrand for eight years through 1982. In 1982, Mike left Coopers & Lybrand to establish a private tax compliance and consulting practice. Mike is an active lecturer on various tax and financial planning topics.

Edward F. Ronan Jr., CPA; managing member in charge of accounting and assurance services; 28 years of experience in accounting and auditing. Left the Stamford office of Coopers & Lybrand after six years to co-found the Firm in 1984. Served as assistant controller of the Town of Ridgefield Connecticut for four years prior to joining Coopers & Lybrand while completing his bachelor's degree in accounting in the evenings. Ed serves as Treasurer of the Board of Directors of the Greater Danbury Chamber of Commerce and is a Director of the Grand Prix Mutual Funds.

Robert Ronan; Director; joined the partnership in 2004. Worked on the audit staff at Coopers & Lybrand for a number of years. Spent fourteen years in various senior financial positions at a variety of companies. His background includes the design and implementation of accounting, financial and control systems for manufacturers, and distributors. Graduate of Pace University where he earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in accounting information systems. He is certified and licensed by the State of Connecticut.
